Welcome to the proud tradition of Highlander Speed Track and Field. For those of you who are new to the sport, Track & Field is divided into two categories: Track, which are the running and hurdling events, and Field which are the throwing, jumping and vaulting events. Training is a key to this sport, but what is most important i determination and the desire to do your best. Track & Field athletes learn the value of hard work and commitment and will see results every week.
